2.1 By accessing the we1win2 Platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, the we1win2 Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement").
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of the Agreement, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and refrain from registering or maintaining an Account.
2.3 we1win2 reserves the right to amend the Agreement at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
3.1 Age Restriction. The we1win2 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are aged 21 years or above at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. we1win2 will conduct age verification on all accounts and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the we1win2 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. we1win2 makes no representation that the Platform is available or suitable for use in any particular jurisdiction. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold a we1win2 Account or place wagers on the Platform:
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the we1win2 Platform. The creation of duplicate, shared, or transferred accounts is a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of duplicate accounts, we1win2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You are obligated to promptly update your account information if any details change.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. we1win2 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify we1win2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.4 KYC Verification. we1win2 may, at any time and without prior notice, require a Member to submit KYC documentation including government-issued photographic identification and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by we1win2 may result in suspension of Account withdrawal facilities or Account closure.
5.1 we1win2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, online banking transfers, and selected cryptocurrency networks. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without notice.
5.2 Minimum Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum withdrawal amounts are as displayed on the Platform withdrawal interface at the time of request and may vary by payment method.
5.3 Own Funds. All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. we1win2 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. Deposits identified as originating from third-party sources may be returned and the associated Account suspended.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by we1win2 support staff. we1win2 targets processing of all standard withdrawal requests on a 24/7 basis, though processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and any applicable KYC verification requirements.
5.5 Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against a we1win2 deposit constitutes a material breach of these Terms. we1win2 reserves the right to pursue recovery of chargeback amounts and associated costs, and to permanently suspend the associated Account.
5.6 Currency. The we1win2 Platform operates in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to RM equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate applied by we1win2 at the time of deposit confirmation.
6.1 we1win2 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Members. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including any minimum wagering requirements, qualifying game restrictions, maximum bet limits applicable while bonus funds are active, and expiry conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money funds deposited in conjunction with a bonus may also be subject to wagering requirements in accordance with the relevant promotional terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. we1win2 monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordination between multiple accounts to exploit promotional structures; and repeated registration of new accounts to obtain welcome bonuses. Detection of bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and permanent Account suspension.
6.4 we1win2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. we1win2 also reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
7.1 All bets placed on the we1win2 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published on the Platform.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A wager is not confirmed until we1win2's system has accepted and recorded it. we1win2 reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager without providing a reason.
7.3 Manifest Errors. We1win2 shall not be liable to honour wagers placed at odds or game conditions that result from a manifest error, including but not limited to software malfunctions, incorrect odds, or system display errors. Wagers placed under manifest error conditions may be voided at we1win2's discretion.
7.4 Sportsbook. Sports betting markets are subject to applicable sporting event rules. Postponed or abandoned events will be settled in accordance with the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. In-play wagers are subject to the in-play betting rules applicable at the time of bet placement.
7.5 Casino & Live Dealer. Game outcomes in we1win2 Casino are determined by certified RNG systems (for RNG games) or by physical game mechanics in accredited live dealer studios. Game-specific rules are displayed within each game interface.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the we1win2 Platform:

10.1 The we1win2 Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. we1win2 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game content.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we1win2's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to we1win2 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 we1win2 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any losses arising from gambling outcomes, delayed withdrawals caused by circumstances outside we1win2's reasonable control, or service interruptions.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Any Member may request self-exclusion from the we1win2 Platform at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and, once active, prevent the excluded Member from accessing the Platform, receiving promotional communications, and creating new accounts.
11.3 21+ Only. we1win2 takes its obligations in respect of underage gambling prevention seriously. Any member who provides false age information during registration will have their account permanently closed and any winnings forfeited.

Upon termination, any real-money Balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to the Member via the registered payment method, subject to satisfactory KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding obligations owed to we1win2.
14.2 A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting we1win2 support. Closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to their applicable game rules.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions and the Agreement are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we1win2 is licensed to operate.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to we1win2 customer support for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through that process, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection provisions under local law.
